LGAD SENSOR

The sensor was glued to the readout board using a conductive tape and then it was bonded to the electronics. The electronic board was then fixed on the base of the Particulars' tct opctics using a custom made support. The board has one or more readout channel depending on the type of board, different board models can hold different numbers of sensors. The readout channels were linked to the oscilloscope using a BNC cable. On the board there are also the links to the LV and HV generator that are needed to power both the sensor and the electronics on the board. The image below show a 2D scan of the sensor.
